i love the hols...
can run every day. going to the cinema to watch Day after tommorrow and Harry Potter. Going to run again. going to do volunteer work at a community centre. Run with a friend. Going Hiking for 2 days, covering 50km in total. Just realised, with the hike, I'll miss my run on Sunday:(. Love Sunday runs with my friends, the group of us run for about 2 hrs, chatting at the same time. Just came back from my sunday run, and my legs are sore. Can't wait for tmw...when we go out to watch Harry Potter!! |

What I do in navy.. Nope I'm not in naval diving unit. That's a crazy superhuman training programme enough to make any officer cadet or sispec trainee feel inferior... I'm juz in navy.. And I juz... erm.. study... Test on fire fighting, machine guns, seamanship, damage control.. And more to come.. bleh... cant fail test.. fail already den out of course den recourse.. Fail again go back ARMY!!! So hafta really pass them.. but it's not hard to pass anyway... Hmmm.. Well, normally if no special lessons like fire fighting, practically we juz go class at 8... den we'll haf lessons till 9.. den canteen break for 20 mins.. den lessons till 11.30 den 1 hr lunch break, den lessons till 2 den canteen break.. den lessons till 5 den can go for dinner... Rounds(checks for cleanliness of living quarters) after sunset... if the officer of the day is good, it'll prob end at 8.. if not can go as late as 9.30pm... Hmmm.... den the day goes on... Welfare wise very good. I've done 40 pushups as punishments in total in 2 weeks... Ran probably 4 km in 2 weeks... did 20 pushups for training, did 0 pullups... hmmm.... so u figure out if I haf a simpler life here... The navy emphasizes more on the mind than the body.. So kinda better. And we have nicer uniforms.. We got to go for the fire fighting course the other day. Now I'm a certified basic fire fighter! haha... hmmm.. We got to experience the rollover... which is like the fiery flames that flare 6 inches above our heads like in the movie... but of coz we hafta put on the protective gears and the oxygen tanks. Kinda tough.. but fresh experience... Den we got to combat fire in a simulator.. Heh... So yup... I guess my life really is better than many out there.. with the exception that I'm a man in the army.. which means I'll always be low on the ranks... but it's not like it matters much.. 2 years more and I'm outta this place! haha... =D |

oeii. people. please message me can! lost all your contacts when i lost my phone 2 weeks ago :( anyway, i'm in sispec!! quite fun laah, everyone's like planning how to OOC ( out of course ) and downgrade and become a clerk and this and that, but actually its quite funn lah. we get to run 5km 6km 5km 6km everyday, and do like 10 11 12 chinups before every meal, heez. saw engkeat once or twice here and there, always in stupid admin attire slacking at a stone bench, bleargh looking forward to outfields though, then when i get posted out i'll become a section commander on mainland!! whee. hopefully can book out after 5pm and get to learn my driving.. :D anyway, hope the trip works out fer you girls, and hey! to those who came to step's.. thanks for the bday gift ya? heh. |

hey Fangz...nope, won't be coming back, but quite surprised to see my name there...and saw yours as well. congrats to you and all the other 69ers receiving an award on college day.
I just finished my chem paper today. That was the last paper. I don't feel very very happy...don't know why...maybe cause it means I have nothing to do now.and I hate slacking. So after my paper, didn't go anywhere, or do anything special. somehow all my classmates had their own plans. So I went home, had lunch and went to run. Going to swim tonight. 3 weeks of holidays.... |

my fate in an hours time
in an hours time, I will sit for my Maths paper. that's at 1.45pm. spent the morning studying with my Malaysian classmate, confusing each other over class boudaries in a frequency distribution table. I really don't know what to do till then. I want to study, yet I know I can further confuse myself. After exams, I hope to bake a cookies or cake for my Singaporean friend since he cooked dinner for us the other night...and run more and stop slacking(yes, I think I am slacking so much now)but that's after wed.:)can't wait. |

WOWWOWOW... apparently our class is going to produce 3 lawyers hee...CONGRATS. I need to get over 90% to get into my course. Plus compete with other international students for the limited places. Glad the bio paper in over. I feel so stupid...interpreted the question in another way and got it wrong. there goes 5 marks. Just came back from my run, and along the way I found a new shopping centre. So I stopped for 30min to window shop. Then continued on my run....what a slack run. But feel refreshed to start studying.
Kelvin, what do you do in Navy? you know Poh Seng Song is also in Navy? Maybe you will get a chance to see him....I've seen the Navy exhibition and the diving gear is really heavy. have fun in there!:) Thinking of what to do when exams end...maybe Harry Potter (even though I amm not a great fan of him)Does anyone know if it is any good? Or, go to the beach!!!yeah...the last time I was there for a swim was in Feb...and the weather gets hotter on some days, even though it is winter. |

countdown to 1st paper...<24 hours....trying not to freak out...but i feel not fully prepared. and i keep imagining the worst senario - where I don't know how to ans just one question, making it hopeless to get full marks...so much pressure when you know you have to get full marks...Today is a public hol: Queen's birthday. And thinking more...this is just mid-yrs. there is still more to come at the end of the year.
